Where codes and separation requirements allow, we build joint-trench: water, sewer, gas, power, and communications placed in a coordinated cut, inspected once, restored once. It's the cheapest foot of utility any development will ever buy, and it's how our state guides recommend developers plan fiber from day one.
Wet utilities, dry utilities, one contractor
Water and sewer work runs under its own rules — bedding, testing, chlorination, inspection — and our crews build to them alongside the gas distribution, electrical, and fiber scopes we carry across the same footprint. Trenchless installation and rehabilitation, including directional drilling of water and sewer lines, keeps service in the street while the new main goes under it.
Built for funded and inspected work
Municipal, cooperative, and federally funded projects come with paperwork attached: prevailing wage, certified payroll, Buy America documentation, environmental holds. Our back office already runs Davis-Bacon compliance weekly and our crews work inspected jobs as the normal course of business, not the exception.
