Duct banks and conduit systems
A duct bank is engineered civil work: conduits spaced and secured, concrete encasement where specified, marker tape and tracer, mandrel-proofed and pull-stringed before anyone calls it done. We build single-conduit road crossings and multi-way banks feeding substations, campuses, and data centers — including the long bored crossings where open cut isn't an option, via our HDD practice.
Where we fit next to the electricians
Energized work belongs to licensed electrical contractors and utility crews; our lane is the civil construction that comes first — excavation, raceway, structures, backfill, compaction, restoration. That split is standard on utility and commercial projects, and it's why electrical firms subcontract the underground scope to a utility contractor rather than putting journeymen on shovels.
Dig-once with everything else
Power raceway rarely travels alone. In new developments we build it in joint trench with communications and gas where separation rules allow — one cut, one restoration — and our fiber practice means the empty conduit that should accompany every power trench actually gets placed.
